Please contact us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of the expected delivery date, so we can track it down for you.

Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Keep the packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Yes, eligible items can be returned under our 30-day money back guarantee:

• Request a return within 30 days of purchase. We must receive the goods within 35 days.
• You’ll need a returns (RMA) number from us. Returns without one will be rejected.
• Please give us the serial number or invoice number.
• Items must be in as-new condition with all packaging, accessories, cables and instructions, and packed securely in an outer carton.
• Special-order products and items with cut cables can’t be returned.

Yes. We can arrange a collection for a fixed charge of £7.99. We make one collection attempt, so please have the goods packed and ready at the agreed time.

Contact us for a returns (RMA) number, then send the item back to our head office, carriage paid, in secure packaging. Please back up any data and remove personal information from devices before returning them. Our technical support team can often help fix the problem first.
