Following an email that I had sent to ProVision ISR with a question regarding an operating issue with my CCTV system I was contacted by Roy from Prana Vision who explained that ProVision had asked them to reach out. I explained the problem that I was experiencing and Roy talked me through a work around solution.  Later that day he also called back with a second option.  I was not able to implement his recommendation on the day as I had an appointment to attend so he told me to call back at my convenience which I did. Roy was in a meeting so Mo took over the call and worked patiently with me explaining in clear terms the actions I needed to take to resolve the problem. The required outcome was achieved and I was highly delighted with the Customer Service that I received from them.  It is very pleasing to have engaged with such a Customer focussed company. It's not often nowadays you get to deal with a company that's on  ball with customer services.  From my first enquiry call with Mo in tech support, who is very knowledgeable, to placing and receiving my order, the whole process was very professional. I have been speaking to Mo for the last 5 months as he has been helping me to fix my domestic home cctv unit. He has spent a lot of time with me on the phone & video and he has not charged me a penny. I highly recommend this company as they genuinely care about the end customer which is rare in this industry. After a frustrating time trying to resolve problems with ip cameras  and viewing cam 2 I contacted prana vision for help, they were excellent in resolving my issue which was down to firmware problems. PranaVision really helped when we were looking for a security/ CCTV system for our offices in Swinton.  I explained what we needed and it was no hassle for Roy to quickly establish what that was, and prepare for this to be installed within a couple of weeks.
